Red-Winged Blackbird (Agelaius phoeniceus)
The Red-Winged Blackbird is a medium sized blackbird with vivid red and orange marks on both of the wings. The entire body of the male red-winged blackbird is black except for the marks. The bill of red-winged blackbird are pointed.
The red marks are not always exposed as shown in the photo -- only the orange part of the marks is shown.
